Project: Abu Dhabi Airport, Midfield Terminal Building.
• Technical and functional expertise in Airport Operational Systems such as AODB, RMS, Airport IB, FIDS, BHS, BRS, CUTE, CUSS/Self Service Kiosk.
• Cooperated with the Project Manager in the change order management processes to increase revenue and minimize deviations.
• Effectively led the implementation of more than 3000 workstations, devices, or equipment as part of the overall project delivery.
• Responsible for leading a team of more than 10 technicians or operators. Managing, training, motivating them to deliver outstanding results. Monitoring and improving the overall performance to achieve weekly goals.
• Assigning specific task to the team, to specialize and perform their work proficiently. Eliminating redundancy in the duties each person performs in the team makes more efficient use of time and money. Provide technical system solutions, hardware recommendations for complex technical issues.
• Cooperated with the Project Manager to control cost and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective tools, processes, and products.
• Manage the installation activities, monitor the work progress and Ensure designs in compliance with Industry standards and architectural plans.
• Involved in the Testing & Commissioning of CUPPS, CUSS, AMS & FIDS devices.
• Installation, Testing, Commissioning- Functional Testing, Performance and test on completion phases, Interface testing, snag clearance & closure.
• Supporting the ORAT (Operational Readiness and Trials) for the new terminal.
• Troubleshoot OS Issues and application issues on the system through remote access for the proper operations as per the requirements of each system type.

• Document and record (Excel, SharePoint) all the physical installation of SITA’s system, technical documents for SITA’s system i.e., Method Statement, Staging, Commissioning and Testing Procedure, IB, BRS, AODB/RMS, CUPPS, CUSS, ED, LDCS.
• Overall coordination responsibility for all SITA products inventory.

• Install, Configure and Troubleshoot various network devices and services e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, load balancers, VPN, QoS, cable issues, patching the cables, wireless network.
• Perform operational and administrative activities for network management including installation,

diagnostics, support, and configuration. • Configure and troubleshoot Inter VLAN Routing, DHCP, EtherChannel, BGP.
• Hands on experience and understanding about Routing Protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF.
• Configuring Telnet and SSH on Routers & Switches, password recovery.
• Knowledge of SDN, public clouds i.e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of the network stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, routing, etc.), cloud topologies (VPC,
Virtual Subnets, NACLS, NSG, ILB, ELB, etc.) and storage (S3, EBS, Azure Files etc.).
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
