• Reporting to CFO and Accounts Manager.
• Dealing with Banks including taking Short Term Loan, controlling repayment and foreclosure, if necessary, and Preparing Daily Reconciliation statement.
• Responsible for managing complete accounting cycle and finalization with Accounts Manager.
• Booking and providing payment for all service providers (Dewa, Etisalat, Emicool, Sewerage, Rent and other Fixed monthly expenses).
• Submitting Fund Flow position to Management on daily basis.
• Employee Payroll processing and submitting WPS and preparing employee settlement.
• Completing required schedules (Fixed asset schedule, prepayment etc.) for monthly closing of books of accounts and facilitating year-end audit.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS and other Internal Reports.
• Preparing VAT report.
• Payment verification - To ensure that Payments are as per the Internal Audit procedures.
• Internal Control - Ensuring procedures are followed for all the transaction as per internal control requirements.
Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statement, Closing of Accounts (Provisioning), Reconciliation, Ageing analysis, Expense variance analysis, etc
Completed CA INTER from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. During the articleship I detected a fraud conducted by an employee of our client.
