Perform daily management of accounts payable and receivable to ensure the accuracy of each invoice and expense report.
•Handle international, local, and government payments through online banking.
•Maintain payroll records and process payroll monthly (Wage Protection System - WPS).
•Conduct monthly reconciliations of salaries and other benefits.
•Perform bank statement reconciliations.
•Prepare and submit VAT reports to the General Authority for Zakat and Tax (GAZT).
•Oversee matters related to bank loans.
•Manage Letters of Credit (LC) and bank facilities.
•Maintain fundamental accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
•Generate a monthly trial balance by closing the general ledger.
