I am writing to express my interest in the SOC Analyst positionin. As a highly skilled SOC Analyst professional with experience in Investigating, managing incidents, and assisting users, I believe I am an excellent fit for this position.
In my current role as a SOC Analyst at Benchmark Technology-Riyadh, I have gained experience in SOC tools and processes, allocating security devices for onboarding service requests, and monitoring SOC tools for alerts and security incidents. I have also developed strong communication skills, which enable me to effectively communicate with customers and update them on incident resolution status, while adhering to SLAs.
