• Carried out duties as assigned and receives work instructions and execute in association with shift supervisor, panel operator and senior operator.
• Monitor process parameters and make appropriate adjustments when a deviation detected.

• Familiar with Shell and tube exchanger, Reactors, Distillation column, Compressors, Dryers, Centrifuge.

• Multi-Gas Detector (O2, LEL, H2S, CO).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performing Pre-commissioning activities like Punchlist check, Line walk, . flushing, cardboard blasting, LP leak test, HP leak test, Nitrogen purging, drying out etc.
• P&ID and PFD reviews & System conformity check as per P&ID.
• Commissioning of equipment’s like Vessels, Process and utility lines, Pumps, Compressors, Columns, and Filters etc.
• Steam blowing of LP steam and HP steam in the system.
• inspection of Pre cleaning and Post cleaning of Columns, Heat Exchangers, Vessels etc.
