Electrical drafters are responsible for preparing technical drawings of electrical wiring systems. During the drawing process, they analyze information (such as measurements and sketches) provided by engineers, architects and scientists.
Architectural draftsmen produce blueprints and plans for structural projects. Their drawings can be used in the construction or remodeling of homes, commercial buildings and industrial plants.
ISO 9001-2008 Introductory and advanced computer animation courses make up the majority of the curriculum. Additionally, students will take courses offering an overview of the history of animation, as well as courses in storytelling techniques and character development. Along with 3-dimensional imaging, students will learn about scripting, storyboarding and 2D animation techniques. The curriculum is comprised of general education courses and courses specifically designed for the animation major. Students learn contemporary techniques and skills necessary for a career in digital animation.
