Job Description:

•Responsible for Shrinkage & Damage Management and analysis too.
•Verifies, checks discrepancies on stock quantities, packaging, quality, pricing and Signage integrity
•Resolving all inventory issues timely & accurately within time frame to support the team & category managers to avoid the member’s dissatisfactions.
•Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
•Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
•Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed
•Monitors office operations
•Manages staff schedules
•Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
•Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
•Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
•Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
•Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
•Apply data program techniques and procedures
•Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
•Keep information confidential
