 Ensuring required set ups in planning module are in place for new as well as existing products. Production performance evaluation of all locations by conducting weekly & monthly meetings.
 Preparing MIS Reports and presentation
 Achievements- Increased productivity by 12.5%, Reduction of scrap to below 1%, Outsourcing inventory days reduced to 5 days.
