• Handling monthly payroll & vendor payments for subsidiaries and overseas branches as well as staff loans functions from account opening till their settlement in line with bank policies.
• Carrying out month end activities i.e. accruals, provisions, revaluations and amortizations, bank reconciliations for overseas branches and arranging for settlement of outstanding items. Also involved in audit activities.
• Addressing urgent queries for UAE branches, transfer of accounts from branch to branch and coordinating with other departments for loan write off.
• Working alongside Help desk and PMO to fix identified system bugs.
