DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To manage and execute the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities of the plant through Systems Applications Products (SAP) software as per international standards of quality, safety and health.
• To improve availability and reliability of operation within design and operating limits through effective maintenance plan.
• Identify critical recurring problems especially with regard to production loss, their analysis, finalization of corrective actions and monitoring the implementation of remedial actions.
• Plan and coordinate civil vendor liaison.
• Supervise critical civil maintenance work in the field.
• Technically evaluating the quotations of the Material PRs and approve drawings and documents from the vendors.
• Evaluate EPC progress based on their monthly performance and advice EPC on the horizon where they lagging behind by identifying the gaps and constraints as per the actual situation from the required progress.
• Supervise and advice EPC for mobilization of Manpower, Machinery & Material to avoid delay in the start of works.
• Responsible for all the civil maintenance activities for final approval.
• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site.
• Reviewing the documents submitted for civil ECC.
• Prepares “Estimates” for the budgetary purpose for the new modifications of civil works.
• As directed, prepares and submits technical reports, and periodically informs superior on the progress of work assignments.
• Checking SAP software in system regularly for new civil works.
• Supervise contractor’s work and monitor the progress to ensure that the following is achieved :
1) Contractor complies with the agreed Safety procedures and safe work practices.
2) Contractor follows the agreed Method Statement for the various works.
3) Quality of the construction work and materials used is in accordance with the contract.
4) All testing required by the contract takes place.
• Coordinating with Site Engineers about execution of works are to the required quality and safety and resolves all technical problems.
• Follow-up on technical queries with the Client/Consultants.
• Coordinate the approval of drawings and responsible for the distribution of drawings released for construction to concerned site personnel.
• Assist in preparing Method Statements and Procedures related to construction, both structural and architectural.
• Preparation of Bar Bending schedule and corresponding AutoCAD drawings.
• Preparation of Field Clarification Note (FCN).
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to client/consultant.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Conduct regular site inspection to ensure that activities are done according to the plan and schedule.
• Prepares schedules such as 3 week look ahead, or a month look ahead schedule, with relating to the project schedule.
• Co-ordination and follow-up with various discipline like Engineering, Construction and Procurement in order to avoid delay in Construction.
• Closely monitor the equipments, materials consumed and required for the upcoming tasks.
• To ensure the materials availability for minimum three months ahead with procurement team.
• To co-ordinate and provide expertise to ensure that the project is built and will function in accordance with the Project requirements
• Coordinate with the Independent Testing Laboratory in performing necessary tests and review all the tests result.
• Work closely with the Quality Control department in order to maintain required quality.
• Coordinate to various disciplines Engineers on site and must implement the directions of client representatives
• Attend progress, coordination and QA/QC meetings.
• Review all construction drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary quality related requirements prior to release for construction.
• Monitoring & reviewing of all civil related works such as Earth Works, Concrete Works, & Fencing Works etc.
• Attending daily and weekly meetings and reporting the progress to the project manager or superiors.
• Supervision and administration of work, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Take responsibility for manpower utilization including itemized work schedule.
• Supervise and conduct testing for aggregates, soil and concrete.
• Planning and managing the work with available resources in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Executing, Monitoring and Controlling of All Civil and Architectural works.
• Solving and coordinating any problem at site with SAIPEM or other departments.
• Ensure following safety and quality Aramco standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsibility for construction quality control
activities, such as verification of implementation of
inspection plans, within assigned project.
• Providing guidance during civil works to assigned
personnel.
• Within assigned area, monitoring the performance
and overall progress of construction inspections to
ensure adherence to the quality control program.
• Maintaining quality control records in support of
activities in area of responsibility.
• Co-coordinating with the third party testing and
results.
• Preparing inspection reports.
• Setup fully restricted Filing system for all
documentation.
• Conduct meeting with main contractor / client.
• Review of project material specification with
reference to client recommended standards.
• Review of purchase orders & material receiving
reports against project specification and material &
equipment specification codes.
• Coordinating with the supervisors to solve the
technical issues on site.
