• Data collection of all assets from EPC database such as P&ID, , PFD, Data Sheets, General Arrangement Diagrams, Equipment Layout Diagrams, Equipment Schedule, Load Schedule, Test Reports, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
• Physical Verification of all the Equipment’s in the site with respect to the P&ID and coordinate with the Engineering Team Whenever Updates are required in the Drawing.
• Preparation of standard codes for: systems, plants, units, subunits, and Rotating &Static Equipment’s and Valves according to ISO 14224 Standard.
• Establishment of Location Hierarchy for all packages (90, 000Assets) in accordance with ISO 14224 and implementation of the same in CMMS (MaximoV7.1).
• Contribute effectively in the preparation of hazardous area classifications, failure codes, and GL accounts. Assign responsible department against each location.
• Co-ordinate the preparation and the implementation of data to be loaded in Maximo including, functional location hierarchy, equipment classification, planned maintenance activities. Attached of reference drawings to respective assets.
• Assisting the Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for the Preparation of Standard Procedures and Identification of Maintenance frequencies for the Mechanical Equipment’s as per the Vendor Recommendations. Prepares approved standard and formal procedures, ensure proper codes are correlated to main and sub-standard procedures. Saves procedures in relevant system areas and ensure proper documents contents and naming conventions.
• Classification of pressure safety valve frequency as per ADCO Standard and creation Job Plan and Preventive Maintenance Program of PSV as per Maintenance Engineer requirements the same with specification/standards.
• Preparation of Unit Level and location Hierarchy for Firefighting Equipment and creation of Job Plan and Preventive Maintenance Program of firefighting equipment as per Maintenance Engineer requirements the same with specification/standards (like Extinguisher, Fire monitor, Hydrant, fire hose box)
• Preparation of Unit Level and location Hierarchy for Pipeline as per ADCO Standard in Maximo and Making Job Plan and Preventive Maintenance Program of Pipeline as per Maintenance Engineer requirements the same with specification/standards.
• Preparation of Unit Level and Location Hierarchy for HVAC System as per ISO Standard in Maximo and Making Job Plan and Preventive Maintenance Program of HVAC System as per Respective Maintenance Engineer requirements the same with specification/standards
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report
• Collection and attachment of SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeability Record) to respective assets.
• Identification of Maintenance frequencies for all Mechanical Equipment’s with the help of Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
• Identification of Retained, Demolished, and assets of an existing plant, updating and implementing the records in Maximo in accordance with the documents provided.
• Preparation of Monthly PM Backlog Report, PM Projection Reports for KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
• Man Hour Load Distribution for the respective years in accordance with the availability of the Manpower for Maintenance Activities.
• Prepares Job Plans, Routes and Preventive Maintenance(PM) Programs with effective manner.
• Ensure the appropriate application of standard maintenance strategies in order to generate PM .
• Participation in criticality reviews or equivalent to ensure that maintenance requirements are properly addressed.
• Creating Maintenance Plans for short and long terms.
• Reporting and technical assistance to the Senior Maintenance Planning Coordinator of ADCO.
