•Prepare Engineering design for proper installation.
•Studying specification and select the proper material with extra saving and submit to consultant for approval.
•Make Shop drawing log and material logs.
•Review shop drawing and submitting to consultant to getting approval.
•Arrange materials to the sites as per the CPM or project requirements.
•Plans, organizes and supervises schedule resource loading and leveling.
•Integrates appropriate manpower requirements for each discipline/specialty relative to overall project needs.
•Determines quantity and manpower levels in support of project needs and schedule philosophy.
•Supervises project schedule, manpower and quantity reporting. Responsible for preparing and presenting Critical Items Action Report.
•Supervises project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities. Recommends alternatives for •schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
•Interfaces with project site management and client counterparts for specific planning and scheduling tasks.
•Provides comments and recommendations for planning and scheduling requirements relative to staffing and project control.
•In certain circumstances may be required assist in performing some cost engineer functions.
•Perform other task assigned by the management.
•Do inspection of material after the delivery at site and submit to client/consultant to proceed installation task.
•Making Quantity Survey for the whole materials to site as per contract.
•Testing of equipment and material after the final installations and approval from consultant/client.
•Guiding foreman to make more progress for projects.
•Do inspection at site after completion of works and handing over to client/Consultant.
•Making check list as per the shop drawing which is approved from the consultant and make ensure with inspector from the consultant.
•Prepare for routine minutes of meeting and coordinate with all services entered in the projects.
•Fulfill the requirement of consultant and the Clients.
•Getting MEW approval for the project before handing over to the client
•Tendering and pricing for the ministry and private projects and submit to the main contractor before deadline.
•Do follow up the submitted tender projects.

Engineering
Installing and testing fire alarm control panel and the devices of different manufacturers with conventional
and Addressable control panels (Zeta, Simplex, Edward, Siemens, Secutron, Mircom, Photain control, Ziton,
GST )

I had acquired knowledge in commissioning tests, complaint tests and routine tests of EHV substations up to 220kV & GIS Substation and also have knowledge in testing of transformer, CT and Relays. The testing kits which is used in this department as follows. 1.Sverker 760 ( Make : Programma) 2.OMICRON CMC 356 3. FREJA RTS 21, (Make : Programma) 4. Dynamic relay test kit (DRT 150/a Make: Electrical testing instruments Ltd. CANADA

• Performing yearly KFD inspection with KFD engineers of all fire alarm equipment
• Performing maintenance of all fire alarm equipment every two months
• Update with the fire protection policies of the company.
• To ensure that all the fire and safety policies are being followed.
• Handling the team of 2 supervisors and 10 technicians.
• Organizing training program for the staff and the new joiner.
• To ensure that all the staffs are wearing fire protection aids.
• To make sure that all the fire protection equipment is working properly.
• In case of urgency or emergency, helping the senior engineer in making good plans and implementing
them.
