Preparation, execution, monitoring and testing and commissioning of all systems like hot water boilers, steam boilers, heat pump, electric water heaters, solar water system etc. Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment’s installation activities. Coordination with Consultant, Main contractors & Sub-contractors. Review and checking of shop drawings and specifications. Witness on-site piped system pressure test, other testing that may be required during the first fix works. Attend project, site progress and any mechanical services related technical meetings. Detailed quantity calculations for invoicing, estimation, measurement of work, extra items with rate analysis and deviations etc. Preparing technical proposals, material submittals and obtaining client/consultant approvals. Maintaining good knowledge in Hot water system. Basic knowledge in Electrical and low current systems. Obtaining approval of drawing / material submittals from concerned authority/consultant. Maintain records and track BOQ Measurements according to approved drawings. Project planning with respect to manpower and material requirements. Preparation of Material Submittals & Quotations, raising purchase requisition and material verification as per specification/drawings. To ensure that all work is completed without compromise to quality and is delivered according to the project schedule. Preparation of Testing and Commissioning reports for consultant submission. Study and review of Operations and Maintenance manual and Training Manual prior to contractor / client submission.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards. Provide on-site training for installed equipment to the Operator / Client Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. . Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards. Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time. Preparation of Annual Maintenance contracts with client for installed equipment.
Carry out quality inspections.
Coordinate Preventive and breakdown maintenance of the plant comprising of hydraulic presses, air compressors, pumps, control valves etc.
Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts
Organizing workers and equipments to perform maintenance works.
Operation and maintenance of R.O plant. Operation and maintenance of De-mineralizing plant.
Operation and maintenance of wood fired boiler.
