Supervise and coordinates activities of workers engaged in material segregation, material storing, transporting, and loading/unloading materials and products by use of conveyors, hoists, or industrial trucks, applying knowledge of plant layout and material-handling equipment procedures.
Study receiving notices or requests for movement of raw materials finished products and reports of warehousing space available to develop schedule for material handling activities.
May confer with main department to coordinate flow of materials or products.
May verify or prepare records, like material quality and quantity and job orders.
Attend the department meeting and discuss the material production and raw material storage.
Take project information from project manager and study project directives carefully.
Prepare, plan and implement project plans according to instruction provided.
Provide direction and support to key players in accordance to program activities.

Ensure that all departments are informed of their specific project duties.
Provide all project members with deadline information and ensure that projects are completed within allocated deadlines.
Make sure that any surplus materials or supplies are put away for use in a subsequent project.
Facilitate and coordinate project activities between departments and individuals.
Coordinate meeting agendas and prepare materials for project meetings.
Serve as support for project operational activities.
Create dashboards with the view of providing project oversight.
Provide assistance in developing training methods and implement new project initiatives.
Assist in developing project metrics and reporting processes.
Fosters positive relationships between team members to ensure efficacy of each project.
Act as a communication link between departments.
Track the progress and quality of work being performed on each project module and prepare coinciding status reports.
Preparing de-mobilization schedule and implement the same as schedule.
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention

Participation in providing training to customers as required
Arranging the works and executing the location closing rig moving works.
Prepare and submit the checklist as per the Rig move to Main contractor.

Certificate in Post Engineering Specialization Course of Oil Field Engineering & Quality Control From Induscan Petroleum Institute Nilambur, Kerala with the following subjects. Construction Drawings such as P&ID, Piping Isometrics, Equipment, Structural, GAD. Familiar with Material Inspection, dimensional check and documentation as per Construction Materials Standards such as ASTM / ASME SA 106, SA 515, SA 516, SA 105, SA 312, SA 240, SA 234 etc... and with ANSI standards of B 36.10, B16.5, B 16.9 etc. Thorough knowledge in Welding Standards of ASME Section IX and API 1104. Familiar with Welding Procedure Qualification, Welder Qualification, and P numbers, Selection of Electrodes, Weld Visual Inspection etc. Good knowledge in Radiographic Interpretation of weld joints, Ultrasonic Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection and Penetrant Test, Reporting and Documentation. Fabrication of Piping, Structure, Pressure vessels and other Equipment, documentation of History Sheet, Test Pack Clearing etc. Confident to handle the construction and quality control activities as specified in the Drawings and applicable standards and specifications.
I have first class in BE mechanical engineering with CGPA 6.84.
