Effectively addressed major technical issues related to Access Control System Database Issue, changed the database to SQl Server 2008 after which the system became stable.

Advises and trains customer in system operations.
Documents work completed in a clear and concise way and promptly submits service reports.
Under general supervision, installs, starts up and successful commissioning of systems in line with defined regulations, standards, time and processes and client approval.
