Responsible for all aspects of mechanical appraisals, consultation, sourcing, supervision, execution, quality assurance, cost control, planning, contract administration and co-ordination, budgeting, financial and drawing reviews and cost appraisals for mechanical job services in the State of Kerala.
Activities like Cold Store/Ice Store/Ice plant supervision and installation and fabrication of marine pontoon and small dredgers
Responsible for all aspects of cost control, planning, contract administration and co-ordination, budgeting, financial and drawing reviews and cost appraisals for 72 storied residential/commercial building at Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
Significant Highlights:-
• Interface with the Client regarding Claims on Milestones providing information of delays and track the delays to avoid lacking of Project.
• Project planning, scheduling & control based on master plan using MSP 2007 & P3/6 planning tools
• Developing L4 & L5 schedules to break the work packages into the finest of details for hassle free execution
• Integration of the Project Schedule with main contractors schedule to maintain a single schedule for monitoring
• Float path analysis & Critical Path analysis.
• Creating costing and resources planning and leveling.
• Creating & updating weekly and monthly report, S curve.
• Drawing and method statement preparation and review.
• Liaison with consultant for monthly bill preparation in association with Quantity Surveyor.
The project was setting up of world’s largest petro chemical complex for SABIC at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The project was desalination plant of sea water for the petro chemical complex. Responsible for all aspects of drawing preparation, installation method preparation, cost control, planning, financial and drawing reviews and cost appraisals.
