• Responsible for installation, testing, commissioning & handover of mechanical systems to Client/operator for prestigious 5 Star Hotel Project & Beach Resort Project.
• Firefighting systems: -Handled Sprinkler system, Landing Valve, Fire Hose reels, FM 200, Aerosol System, Foam Deluge, Fire pumps, Fire Tanks, Fire Extinguishers.
• HVAC Systems: Handled VRF system, Chilled water system, DX split units, Car Park Ventilation System, Generator exhausts, Kitchen hood ventilation, Stairwell pressurization & Lift lobby Pressurization systems.
• Plumbing Systems: Led the installation of booster Pumps, Transfer pumps, GRP tanks, polyethylene Tanks, Multimedia Water Filters, UV Sterilization system, Boilers, Calorifier System.
• Drainage System: Above ground, below ground and external Drainage pipe installation, Submersible pumps, Grease interceptor, Oil interceptor, Lint interceptor, Sewage treatment Plant.
• Ensured the successful installation of external underground infrastructure pipes (Ductile Iron, HDPE, refrigerant copper pipes) for firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and AC systems.
• Reviewed Shop drawings, Material submittals and other technical documents before submission to consultant.
Powermech Engineering WLL
• Reviewing the shop drawings, IFC Drawing, Coordination drawing and site supervision as per the required specifications.
• Explains in detail about the service to the foreman and supervisor as per approved shop drawing and project specification.
• Prepare and issue quality control documents (inspection requests) to obtain approval from Consultant/client representative.
Doha, Qatar
• Responsible for installation of Ducts, Chilled Water piping, FCU, AHU, plumbing & Drainage pipes installation.
• Quantity take-of and initiate purchase order to satisfy specified requirement of the project.
• Assisting in on-site inspections to verify that mechanical installations are carried out correctly and in accordance with design specifications.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of project specifications, design changes, calculations, and other relevant information.
• Ensuring the quality of MEP installations by conducting regular inspections and tests, verifying compliance with design specifications, and addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.
• Attend meeting with Project manager, Construction manager and other Engineers regarding the weekly work progress.
• Responsible for installation of Split Units, Ducts, Plumbing & Drainage Pipes
• Quantity take-of from shop drawings & initiate purchase request to Procurement.
• Ensure quality of the installations.
• Prepare work plan including required Manhours & materials
• Prepare weekly progress reports.
