Provide engineering consulting services in residential and commercial
buildings.
➢ HVAC design in accordance with ASHRAE standards and applicable
authority building codes.
➢ Proficient knowledge about ASHRAE standards, Dubai
Municipality(DM) & Trakhees regulations.
➢ Perform load calculations using HAP to meet building requirements.
➢ Fresh Air and Ventilation calculations as per ASHRAE Standards.
➢ Kitchen Hood Exhaust & Make up air Calculations as per Standards.
➢ Select and lay out HVAC equipment based on heating and cooling load
calculations.
➢ Generate HVAC layout on AutoCAD to meet client’s requirements.
➢ Involved in HVAC system design to comply with Green Building Criteria.
➢ Generate DM U-value sheet as per Building and Elevation designs for
DM approval.
➢ Generate DM Glazed Elements Schedule as per Building and Elevation
Designs for DM Approvals.
➢ Follow up DM Submissions on Dubai Municipality Portal.
➢ Attend meeting with DM Engineers directly and online video
conference.
➢ Rectify the comments made by DM Engineers for resubmission for the
DM Approvals.
