Preparation & development of cost & resource-loaded integrated master schedules including baselines, recovery schedules, and revised schedules covering all aspects from initiation, design, engineering, procurement & construction for structural, fit-out & landscaping works using the critical path method
Using Earned Value Management for monitoring & tracking schedule performance in tandem with BOQ mappings and identifying potential problems and preparing mitigation / recovery action plans with focus on deliverables
Review and monitoring of subcontractor & supplier schedules
Analyzing trends for potential delays and problems in advance
Preparing Extension of Time (EoT) claims & analysis
Preparing weekly & monthly dashboards, forecasts and performance reports using appropriate KPIs as per established & agreed procedures.

A commercial building which would be the new home to offices of Project Management & Development Center.
2. ZAD Villas, Jeddah:
ZAD Villas were a private office & residential complex which included 2 multi-storey residential villas, a mosque, and a TV studio.
Consultant: MBO
Dewatering of the construction sites.
Planning and execution of all site works such as backfilling, shuttering, concreting, re-shoring, waterproofing, plastering, painting, flooring etc.
Responsible for civil/structural inspection with the consultant.
Supervision of foremen & labors and arranging them for various activities as required on site.
