• Responsible for the Food Safety and Hygiene in the Catering and Housekeeping facilities
• Conduct scheduled visit to the Catering Facilities to assess the Personal Hygiene, Food Safety, Cleanliness and Quality according to the company standards.
• Providing technical training to all employees concerning the Food Safety Program, GMP, HACCP, Operational processes and Personal practices.
• Responsible for monitoring & controlling of ISO and HACCP
• Maintaining all records of Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000)
• Documents are preparing in ERP(Entrepreneur Resource Program)
• Monitoring applicable CCPs as per HACCP Plan and taking corrective action where necessary
• Conduct Sanitary Inspections in the Camps, Accommodations and Pantries.
• Assurance of quality in ready to eat foods, ready to cook products, cooked products and all food contact materials.
• HACCP coordinator: verification of all HACCP related documents, and record keeping.
• Assurance of the restaurant cleanliness for safe food handling.
• RFST Leader: Conduct Restaurant Food Safety Team meeting by weekly basis for discussing about food safety issues.
• Training: Give training for both management and employees about food safety related topics.
• Monitoring the follow up of company standards and procedures.
