Worked alongside and actively interact with Operations, Sales, Technical and Finance teams.
New and Renewal Business Support including Business, Financial and Sales performance analysis.
Prepared monthly MIS, performance evaluation of Sales & Marketing teams.
Supported business development function with analysis on Compensation Structure and Margin.
Monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, coordination, reviews of actual and forecasts.
Recommended budget adjustments, other cost saving initiatives and measures.
Participated in Risk Assessment and Implementation of Software Systems.
Reviewed performance of different Business Units and products; and its financial, business status.
Provided technical support and analysis to operations, Sales and marketing area.
Developed a Sales and Distribution Dashboard by Channel (identification of risks/opportunities), Participation in LRP (Long Range Plan) in coordination with Sales and Finance team.
Business partnering with technical teams, review the impact of pricing factors on profitability.

Carry out Channel, Variance analysis, Anti Money Laundering Review and other Value added Analysis.
