 Manage financial records, invoices, and payments in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
 Handle VAT filing, Zakat, and ensure full compliance with Saudi tax laws and regulations.
 Oversee cash flow management, budgeting processes, and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
 Reconcile bank statements, monitor account balances, and support internal and external audits.
 Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
 Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
 Assist management in strategic planning through financial forecasting and variance analysis.
 Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
 Analyse cost varience and prepare detailed cost report.
 Monitor and track inventory level, costing and waste management.
 Preparing Payroll and processing WPS(Mudad).
 Provide guidance and training to team members.
 Preparing Saber certificate for products imports and assisting for SASO IECEE, Quality Mark etc.

 Manage accounts receivable and payable functions.
 Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper classification of transactions.
 Reconcile bank statements, monitor account balances
 Handling Petty Cash
