 Prepararion different types of reports for the review of financial controller of the company such as shares invrestment reports, rent income, expiry report of the tenancy contracts & maintenance contracts etc
 Preparation of monthly internal cash flow for review of Divisional Financial Controller
 Dealing with tenants regarding the rent-out new apartment and different Maintenance companies for annual maintenance contracts
 Preparation of Job wise profitability and work in progress report on monthly basis
 Handling different insurance policies and flow up of renewal and claims

 Preparation of Master Budget & Monthly Management reports for the purpose of controlling financial performance with a view to achieve budgeted targets.
 Perform different financial analysis, Expense Variance report etc.
 Responsible to handle Cost Control systems, including costing all products
 Implementation and operation of procurement procedure
 Handling all Audits of Government Depts. And Chartered Accountants for Annual Accounts.
 To involve in Payroll and Time management system and closely monitoring about what we have applied in Budget
 Preparation different types of report for the review of External Auditor and for Tax requirement of the company such as Fixed Assets, Salaries, Gratuity, Prepared, Income, Payable, Receivable and Misc Expense etc

 Knowledge of ISO & HACCP and Internal Auditor of ISO
