As a part of sales team, my role covers all operations handled within a project A to Z, including pump selection/ estimation, technical support and follow-up in tender and JIH stages, finalizing commercially and technically, placing order with principals, managing delivery, commissioning & after sales services.

My Responsibilities:
- Communicate with all present & new potential clients on regular basis.
- Assure customer satisfaction specially through after sales services
- Project handling A to Z
- Assisting clients at any stage throughout the project including technical support
- Keep company's reputation at high level
- Promote company products
- Keep well knowledge of pump's market
- Report minor and major issues to sales manager
