• Working as Ran Engineer for Pakistan Largest Cellular Operator s Telenor & Mobilink 2G Swap, 2G, 3G & 4G/ LTE Rollout, IBS, Power & Green Energy Projects.
• Responsible for Complete of Cell Site installation & Cutover/integration including Transmission, BTS, Rectifier & Battery Bank installation. Ensure all the installation follow Quality Standard & clearing Quality Audits.
• Hands on Experience on NEC I-Paso Microwave Series & ZTE BTS Software tool for Cell Site Software Configuration & Monitoring on Site Alarms & RF Parameters related to GSM/UMTS/LTE Cells.
• Manages, Supervise Subcontractors for Various Task of Projects (Swap+RollOut+ Expansion & Power Swap)
• Experiance of deploying Microwave Links 1+0, 1+1 & Expic.
Worked as SR Executive for VSAT/Satellite Department of Wateen Telecom.
• Supervision of Project & NOC activities for VSAT links
• RFQ, RFP, VSAT solution design consideration, BOQ Project planning & Implementation.
•Monitoring & Operation of VSAT link as per SLA for Clients maintaining all required KPI intact.
• Supervise Survey, Installation, Commissioning/integration & Troubleshooting of VSAT Backhaul links for Cellular Operator Clients.
• VSAT/I-Direct Links for Enterprise Client with IP Integration
• Satellite Operator Correspondence for Bandwidth, Interference, & links KPI, s issue.
Responsible for Installation, Commissioning & Integration to core network of Wireless link on different access technologies(Radio, VSAT &Wireless, Broadband)
•Involve in 24X7 operation of all access level technologies
•Site surveys for Radios & VSAT.
•Work on Wireless Broadband Network(Pre-Wimax) using Apart Packet wave, Point to Point & Multipoint.
•Planning of various Microwave Links in Point to Point regulated/deregulated frequency bands. The Workload includes Link budget calculations, bandwidth allocation Issues, Antenna selection, Interference issues and optimization of various performance parameters.
Worked as a PCB Design Engineer for the Company making Schematic & Sofware Pcb base Layout for the Company Customers.
Successfully Complete Four Years Bachelors Degree B.S Program in Electronic Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology with 2.74 GPA out of 4.
