Tasks: Corrected above 6000 activities EPC schedule in Primavera as per client requirements, prepared a recovery plan in level 2 and level 4
Achievements: Corrected schedule approved in code B, recovery schedule approved in code B, reflected Risk Management in Primavera

(5) Project: Sohar refinery 2013 Shutdown, ORPIC

Tasks: First front line being mobilized to site, initiated a 15000 activities schedule up to level 6 in Primavera based on previous shutdown data, subcontract management and reporting
Achievements: Being the first time to work in a shutdown I have managed to deal with the challenge by properly communicating to all subcontractors and getting the status for reporting and analysis
