Tasks:
•Organizing the weekly staff Rota and game plan each day.
•Always on the shop floor to ensure the team is functioning to the best of their ability.
•Liaising with customers and addressing any issues they may raise.
•Monitoring the time and quality of each screen.
•Participating in the hiring and training of new staff.
•Creating a fun and inspirational in-store atmosphere that encourages customers to shop at the store.
•Maintenance units and supporting the IT departments on
Troubleshooting.
•Handling stock count and ordering supplies.
•Monitoring stock levels and placing orders with Head Office when stock runs low.
•Dealing with Ministry of health and making sure we fallow their policies.
•Sending monthly staff evaluation and feedbacks reports.
•Handling some of the administration tasks.
