Responsible of forecasting the Commercial business plan and budgeting process through identifying and quantifying gaps in key commercial performance areas, strategies, analysis of performance gaps, identify focus areas and suggest improvement in Commercial strategy.
And responsible of identifying, aligning and monitoring the Marketing Roadmap and Commercial Projects through Commercial Project Management Office (PMO), as well as assisting in the development of all inter-departmental and cross-functional processes, systems, and templates to standardize functions.
Also responsible of driving and continuous improvement of commercial strategy based on Research, Brand performance & MIS, as well as supporting the development of segmentation strategy to refine product/services strategy, pricing strategy, distribution & sales strategy and branding strategy.
Responsible of directing and managing the products development team to execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range and coordinate at all stages with technical, financial, and commercial teams, also responsible of managing, identifying and applying the customer value development, enhancement and lifetime extension programs to reduce churn and enhance customer loyalty.
And responsible of preparing and coordinating the preparation of new-segmented products layout starting from concept development to final value proposition and launch plans to support customer base growth across all market segments, and then monitor the success and progress of voice products based on factors such as market appealing, serviceability, cost, profitability, penetration and growth opportunities. Also responsible of monitoring the monthly/quarterly reports against budget on sold/activated/gross-additions/churn of voice products and creating and developing internal and external awareness for new products and services.
Responsible of anticipating and formulating the corporate Sales Strategy as well as managing sales target distribution among corporate team and follow up visits to corporate customers, also responsible of creating KPIs as per accounts needs and developing corporate staff by defining training needs and linking the daily activities with the performance appraisal.
And responsible of creating values for corporate customers by recognizing their needs, evaluation of options, making the purchasing process convenient for the customer, support the purchasing decision by showing the customer how to install & use the product, replenish & evaluate value. Also responsible for revenue tracking to meet the company targets and increasing sales volumes as well as providing realistic market feedback to marketing department.
Responsible of provision and advice on equipment maintenance and acquisition of hardware supplies, making routine repairs and change of hardware electronic components, and responsible of operating network utility procedures, defining network users and security attributes establishing directories, menus and drive-mappings, configuring network printers and providing user access.
Also ensuring the corporate resources are protected from malicious virus attacks and deploy countermeasures in the event of the attacks and Implementation of backup and restoration procedures for local drives, and responsible of business continuity and disaster recover processes including backup and restoration of both server and local storage facilities.
General ICT Project management and Providing technical support to Customers with computer, network, Internet, email & printer problems and carry out and supervise sub-contracted repair of devices & ensure service schedules are adhered to.
Also responsible of keeping log of problems, liaise with relevant service providers in diagnosis & resolution of problems, roll out all relevant and necessary security, firewall and anti-virus updates on a scheduled basis.
