Perform and support V-Suite software implementation, including on-site configuration, installation, and integration with client’s enterprise data systems such as SAP or Oracle. Establish a work plan for project implementation and coordination with clients. Provide project on-site end-user support for software technology and troubleshooting. Attend meetings with clients and ensure 100% customer satisfaction with delivered solutions. Manage office systems & networks, update software where necessary. Maintain good documentation on customers’ feedback and their requirements.
