I serve as a Director of the organizing committee for the Kuwait Arabian Horse Shows, reporting to the Chairman. It’s a prestigious annual national festival for Arabian Horse competitions, hosted at Kuwait State Arabian Horse Center of the Diwan Al Amiri - Bait Al Arab.

During the COVID-19 pandemic year and shutdowns, I volunteered to care for elderly vulnerable individuals. Through this volunteer experience, I have become more compassionate and adaptable in hard human conditions during a challenging time. it was a great opportunity to contribute positively to the community and taught me invaluable lessons in empathy, resilience, increased patience and tolerance. It has deepened my compassion and made me realize more of my inner strength, capabilities and interpersonal skills.

This involved establishing clear scopes of work, and schedules, and ensuring the team's capability to deliver high-quality work that met contractual specifications and obligations.

From 1999 to 2002, I served as a BSS engineer on Siemens' implementation team for the launch of Wataniya mobile operator radio networks. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the implementation and acceptance of radio networks with the customer. This included managing the new BSS, BTSE equipment integration, and network equipment upgrades (software and hardware).
