.Review daily cash reconciliation -
Preparation of bank reconciliation & monthly JV and adjustment entries monthly basis.
Maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities.
perform Customer Confirmation on monthly, Quarterly, and annually and resolve the dispute if any
control of Warehouse & Van Inventories on a weekly and monthly basis.
Review and validate Sales commission and submitted for payment process.
Review and approve Expenses related to the daily business activity.
Conducting Market visit to validate and confirm the Customer's balances and resolve conflict and dispute if any.
Prepare Balance sheet accounts schedule in order to support financial statement.
Prepare Cost per KG report on weekly basis
Conduct physical inventory counting in manufacturing on monthly basis
Review and validate the Scraps disposal vouchers
Prepare accruals and prepayments Schedule on
weekly basis
perform the petty cash replenishment as needed
Follow up and tracking the medical insurance
Claims.
