• Own the end-to-end design process and deliverable set (including information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity screen mockups and GUI elements) with frequent iteration and evolution of design solutions.
• Rapidly translate business requirements, user research and customer feedback into personas and user scenarios to drive user-centered designs.
• Contribute to the visualization of innovative product concepts through white boarding, diagrams, and high-level interactions flows.
• Collaborate effectively with an agile, multi-disciplinary team to evaluate the feasibility of proposed designs and champion great UX in the face of technical constraints.
• Develop and maintain design specifications and mobile design patterns as appropriate.
• Design and monitors creative UI/UX web and app concepts, mockups and final products for smart phone devices, tablets and web.
• Defining creative standards for all projects such as web application, smart phone devices (iPhone or Android apps), and tablets apps.
• Designing, developing, and create information and communication technology (ICT) products such as Multimedia CD's and video presentation.
• Create promotional art work such as banners, mailshot, newsletters, and corporate identities, such as logo, flyers…etc.
• Collaborates with various groups/ divisions within the company to ensure all projects met their standards and accomplished their schedules.
• Communicate regularly with the product owner, to coordinate receiving the materials & Provide technical support for products.
• Responsible for managing team of designers.
• Be on top of all & each project aspect in terms of following up with team & with client needs, requirements & implementation process.
• Research, communicate & select the right web hosting business partner.
• Designing & Developing websites using Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Animations, and other applications.
• Designing & Developing Multimedia CD's using Flash and other applications.
• Designing corporate identities, logos, flyers...etc using Adobe Illustrator, and other applications.
• Work with Senior Graphic Designer to ensure error-free final project (type, graphic design, and prepress check off systems).
• Publication of client web site on the Internet.
• Conduct training courses for junior web designers in the company.
• Design & create web interfaces & layouts
• Create promotional art work such as banners, mailshot, newsletters etc
• Design & create greeting cards, wallpapers & screen severs
• Communicate regularly with the product owner, to coordinate receiving the materials & Provide technical support for products
• Implements plans to obtain and maintain a high level of functionality, usability, and design structure for web sites
• Follow up the delivery & delay of services and solve the reasons of delay.
