I. Purpose of the job:
I am assisting the Brand Manager in developing and executing the right marketing mix for the product categories I am working on. I am also working on one or more of the product lines within the company portfolio, including tracking day-to-day volume / initiative plans.
II. Principal Accountabilities:
1. To assist the Brand Manager to set & align the overall marketing strategy (including pricing, position, and communication) with top management and department heads.
2. To assist in developing and implementing advertising strategy to build awareness and image for the overall brand and/or categories. To coordinate with advertising and media agencies for production and execution of marketing plans.
3. To coordinate with trade marketing to develop, update and distribute effective sales tools and materials to support sales and marketing efforts including product collateral, POSM tools, brochures, etc.
4. To design and conduct of research, through external and internal resources, to track brand image among customers, performance on key measures, impact of marketing campaigns, and market share trends.
5. To lead developing and implementing of direct marketing campaigns supporting marketing objectives and strategies, including coordination with direct marketing agencies in executing plans with excellence.
6. To collaborate with other functions, including logistics, production, and sales in delivering new products, innovations, and line extensions desired by consumers; to execute holistic plans to support new product initiatives / launches.
7. To assist the Brand Manager in documenting and reporting brand and competitors' performance to management including annual brand business reviews.
8. Contribute outside product marketing responsibility to help build the organization, e.g. participating in recruiting fairs, helping on corporate projects.
I was supplying to NGHA all requested materials and spare parts mainly and promoting new products to other companies and sell them.
