- Manage Operations around Saudi Arabia with 30 employees under this department. - Generate new deals for Warehousing and Logistics services. - Approach existing services to VIP customers. - Develop new services in line with business requirements and market development. - prepare proposals for new customers. - Daily workflow control. - Daily, weekly & monthly performance evaluation. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the Executive Director. - VIP customers: STC & Cobone
- Open new accounts & generate new deals.
- Maintain & develop existing accounts.
- Follow up customers issues & complains and support by quick solutions.
- Support Finance Dept. in payment collection.
- Working on achieving the quarterly target by increasing the revenue 25%.
- Minimum 7 face to face daily visits to new and existing customers.
- Work on achieving the quarterly target by adding 25% over the existing revenue.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports to higher management.
- Receive clients call for various reasons:
(mobile line problem - coverage - status update - activate or deactivate services - approach new offers - follow up complains...etc).
- Work on CRM system with other programs (around 10 programs).
- Support help desk, activation, sales & marketing departments over the phone.
- Participate in advertising campaigns or social activities and humanitarian
Automate the contracts data and activating the mobile lines
- Leading a full team of workers.
- Controlling the incoming & outgoing shipments and orders.
- Insure applying the company rules & management orders.
