Duties and Responsibilities:

 Responsible for executing all electrical works of power systems (low voltage distribution, lighting system and lightning protection & grounding system) and low current systems (Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, MATV, Telephone, Data, Access Control and BMS etc.) in high rise buildings.
 Plan, monitor and control the project activities.
 Implement, manage and control the project safety/quality assurance plan.
 Review material submittals for compliance with contract documents.
 Review shop drawings for compliance with contract documents.
 Review technical specifications for conformance with contract documents.
 Order the material as per BOQ, and follow-up for deliveries.
 OTD and complete deliveries to achieve the project revenue in time.
 Internal co-ordination with various sections.
 Plan, monitor and control the inspection of all electrical works.
 Act as point of contact for the customers.
 Attend weekly project review meetings and report on site work.
 Internal and customer reports.
 Review, monitor and report on the project construction schedule.
 Assess and monitor contract-specific risks.
 Review, design and implement client change requests.
 Ensure senior staffs are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the client are achieved.
 Continually ensuring that practices, policies, strategy and services represent the client's best interests, standards and codes of practice etc.
 Ensure compliance with specified costs and deadlines.
 Project evaluation and feedback.
 Witness testing and commissioning of all electrical systems.
 Review as-built drawings of the electrical systems.
 Review operation and maintenance manuals of the electrical systems.
 Close out of The Project.
