• Lead Incident investigations as Certified Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Leader, utilizing Meridium Software®.
• Ensure that company policies adhere to local and international regulations as applicable.
• Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulations, especially work permit system.
• Measure site performance by planning a set of leading and lagging KPIs, generate suitable and reasonable recommendations, and implement and follow up recommendations’ closure.
• Create different Safety, Health, and Environment initiatives for site overall to enhance Safety Culture.
• Monitor personnel and workplace.
• Always ensure the company is prepared to submit the appropriate documents to authorities as applicable.

• Promote LEAN and Six Sigma as a 5S Champion and utilize Lean tools to enhance Risk Discovery and find solutions to overcome Safety and Emergency Response issues.

• Support and Contribute in planning & mentoring of annual capital Expenditure & Expense budgets.
• Utilize SAP (PS/MM Modules) for creating AR, Projects, PRs, SES, & Financial Closing. (PS Power User).
• Developing and implementing appropriate sourcing strategies for various commodities to support corporate and business unit objectives.
• Develop scope of works, proposals, and purchase requisitions/ orders.
• Supply/ Demand Planning, Forecasting.
• Review and evaluate offers/ quotations technically.
• Secure all outsourcing services including service contractors, short- term manpower, and direct capital purchases.
• Responsible of purchasing orders starting from proposals developing and PR creation, to financial closing.
• Plan and follow up the annual maintenance contracts for the external services.
• Develop, implement, control, and quality audit the Contractor control procedure as the owner of the procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with different departments to finalize the purchase orders.
• Validate and all the received invoices to verify the payments are according to the actual services and as per contracts.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, Capital Expenditure and Expense Budgets.
• Prepare monthly projects-related financial report.
• Participated in preparation of BIA and BCM for Gas, Yanbu Branch.
• Record, monitor, measure and distribute KPI data on a daily basis
• Improve data capture to reflect accurate performance and improvements achieved through change
• Be part of, and lead teams to improve performance through application of LEAN tools and adopting LEAN principles
• Involve customers in the adoption of LEAN working
