•Managing and monitoring the Receiving of the Merchandise via containers, wherein the Shipment is discharged with proper documentation and work flow.
•Control the Processing of the Merchandise in a manner where they need to be scanned and distributed to their respective locations to meet their designated launches.
•Monitor the segregation of each garment to its designated stores
•Supervising the Dispatch of the Shipments to 127 Stores in the Central, Northern, Western, Eastern and Southern Regions of Saudi Arabia
•Coordinating with the Logistics Service Providers in terms of having the goods delivered within the agreed transit time.
•Setting up Performance and Incentive Schemes to the manpower to maintain a proper and a high level of competency and production.
•Managing and controlling Non Sellable items in order to have a complete stock count and initiating new orders.
·Manage, control and monitor the inbound operations from other destinations to Riyadh
·Manage, control and monitor of the outbound operations that were hauled from Riyadh as a HUB to other destinations
·Handling a fleet of line-haulers along with ground couriers
·Control and communicate with clients in order to deliver their goods on a timely manner
·Handling customer complaints by coordinating with the customer services team
·Coordinate between departments in order to enhance teamwork and problem solving, as well as, process and quality improvement in order to operate smoothly
·Coordinate with the logistics department to lessen lead time and transportation procedures and operations
·KPI management and control in order to maintain the company’s designated target
