• Preliminary and detailed design of electrical installations in buildings and infrastructures;
• Performs analysis of available technical documentation of contracted works or those to be offered;
• Collects relevant data, prices and other information, works and makes offers for performing electrical installations of HV; MV, LV and ELV;
• Makes offers for performing installations of HV; MV, LV and ELV;
• Organizes works on performing electrical installations on the building, makes a dynamic execution plan.
• Plans the number of subcontractor as well as the procurement of necessary materials and equipment;
• Collects bids from subcontractors for electrical installation, analyzes and proposes to the managers of the most favorable subcontractor;
• Coordinates with Contractors on the construction site (s) and takes care of quality and dynamical execution of all electrical works;
• Assumes responsibility that the work on the site is performed according to the project and in accordance with the measures of safety at work and fire protection;
• Collects, records and records the quantities of execution of contracted positions, as well as subsequent works, on the basis of which it compiles the calculation sheets of the construction book, which it presents to the Investor's representative and ensures the signing of all listed positions;
• He is directly responsible for his work to the General Manager of the Company.
* Responsible for the review, recommendation and approval of all electrical submittals such as material submittals, shop drawing, as-built drawing, method of statements and O & M manual submittals.
* Respond and coordinate related RFI’s raised from the contractor regarding electrical aspect of the project.
* Study construction documents involving electrical works in coordination to other discipline and develop clear understanding of scope, details and responsibilities.
* Maintain awareness of the project mechanical specifications, drawings and design criteria.
* To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
* Attend regularly on weekly, monthly and other progress meetings held at the site.
* Review project correspondence and prepare appropriate response in related to electrical works for the Project Manager’s review.
* Responsible for the final inspection of the work and monitor final completion of the work prior to handing over of the project to the client.
* Check third parties’ inspection report and Witness Testing and Commissioning of the works.
* Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of design and workmanship for electrical transmission, distribution substation, primary protection, lighting and power control, fire alarm & voice evacuation, paging system and public-address system, telephone/data system, emergency lighting system, structured cabling system, earthing and lightning protection system.
• Report and liaise with Project Manager regarding the Electrical aspects of the project.
• Assist the project manager in liaison with the client and the contractor regarding electrical works issues.

• Issue and coordinate Non-conformance report, Conformance Report and other documents to the contractor pertaining to the standard specifications.

• Check third parties inspection report and Witness Testing and Commissioning of the works.
