Position In Company: Procurement Officer
• Meet with supervisors and department heads to understand the needs across the company.
• Forecast needs and supplies.
• Involvement of procuring and completing the ongoing projects like constructions works at site, completing the LPG gas system to procure gas tanks, consumable fittings, vaporizers and control panels etc. working to procure for the curing systems and also involvement in other ongoing works for the precast factory to purchase the required materials.
• Review requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Delegate tasks to the procurement team.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Handling a wide and complex variety of procurement management duties related to raw materials, othergeneral materials services, and equipment purchases.
• Handled procurement duties of spare parts for heavy/equipment (Transit Mixers, Concrete Pump, Stationary Pump, Cement Bulker, Earth moving Equipment) For Man & Mercedes Brands Other than wheel loader, Bobcat & commercial Vehicles Like Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Sany and Concrete Batching Plant, IcePlant / Chiller Plant.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in the description of materials, services, and equipments.
• Review regularly processes to streamline, improve throughput, and reduce paperwork and rework.
• To train the newly joined employees.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management review on different areas.
• Maintain vendor master data, blacklist suppliers, and Purchase request data weekly & monthly basis.

• Procured material for the LPG gas stations, like Direct and indirect Solenoid valves type of normally closed or normally open 2/2 way and 3/3 way as required, procuring the vaporizers CX and DX, type of control panels like virtual control panel, remote control panels etc, procured MQ-2 gas sensors like propane, hydrogen etc, Gas alarms, Ball valves, angel valves, bar pressure gauges, electric rigid conduit like solid and non metallic and necessaries steel fitting and consumable for gas lines.
