 Ensuring strategic financial management of Readyfix Middle East, reporting to the Group General Manager and Chairman.
 Reviewing and optimizing overall financial strategy for the Group while steering proper plans, policies, and procedures.

financial/commercial/investment aspects.
 Supervising MIS budgeting and reporting division to enable timely and accurate reporting.
 Successful in transforming the culture within the finance function into that of business and key stakeholders.

I am the first employee of the Readyfix Middle East L.L.C and the responsibility for the formation and setting up of
accounting/finance and Admin departments were shouldered on me. As a Manager Finance and Admin, I established banking
facilities with ENBD, UBL, UNB, etc.

Oman Chemical Industries Co. SAOG is a leading chemical company engaged in manufacturing and exports of Zeolite, a basic raw material for detergents. The net worth of the company is USD 25 million and has a monopoly in the Arabian Peninsula with 90 % of goods produced being exported to various countries.
Al-Intaj Sulphochemical Industries Co. LLC is based on the continuous Ballestra’s Sulphurex Film Reactor Process and designed to produce Sulphonic Acid, the main raw material used in the detergent Industry. The net worth of the company is USD 15 million with 75% of goods produced being exported to various countries.
• Budgetary planning for short and long term.
• To ensure that the financial practices are in line with the statutory legislation and regulations.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
• Liasioning with statutory and internal auditors.
• Preparation of management accounts on a monthly basis (MIS reporting)
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
• Reviewing and evaluation of cost reduction opportunities.
• Analyzing financial reports and market trends.
• Tracking the company’s financial status and performance to identify the areas for potential improvement.
• Stock control (periodic reconciliation with books of A/C).
• Correspondence with suppliers and customers.
• Monitoring day to day financial operations within the company, such as payrolls (WPS), invoicing and other transactions.
• Correspondence with the banks in addition to routine accounting works.
