Direct and provide customers with accurate information regarding product features, pricing and after-sales services. Answer customers’ questions about products. Ensure racks are fully stocked. Provide customer feedback to the store owner and stay up-to-date with new products.
Manage store inventory, maintain outstanding store condition. Responsible for purchasing store products, report on buying trends and customer needs. Deal with issues that arise from customers.
