*Preparation of financial reports including trial balance, month end closing, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flows and yearly forecast and budget
*Supervising the Accounts team and reviewing the daily Finance Function and mentoring them
Managing a team of 3 Junior and 2 mid-level Accounts staff, preparing their KPI’s and ensuring the company’s objective is met.
*Preparing all Quarterly technical accounts documents, Statistics and transfers related to Treaties and Solvency reports.

*Assisting Senior Management in Change management plans and providing them with resources for projects completion .
*Preparing the Data for the authorized actuary for quarterly valuation
*Preparing the data for E-forms regulatory and solvency reports to be submitted to the insurance authority HAAD and XBRL.
Preparing the triangulation data for the UW years till date, for the head of actuaries, in order to assist them for the IBNR figure.
Preparing the Financial statements For Bahrain Branch and Labuan Branch in Malaysia
Knowledge of German GAAP reporting package
Assist in preparation of financial reports including trial balance, month end closing, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flows
Preparing all renewal presentations with cooperation with all underwriting departments.
Building various statistics required for setting treaties (Renewal Time).
Supervise accounts assistant & helping for new system,
Preparing all Quarterly technical accounts documents, Statistics and transfers related to Treaties.
Preparing all non-proportional treaties transactions currently managing a portfolio of more than 100 Million USD Life business.
Auditing/controlling Reinsurance procedures implementation with according to the treaties.
Major claims (Cash Losses / Cash Calls) follow up (Intimations, Settlement, recovery) with the Treaty & Facultative Re insurer's

Managing the technical accounts closing and reserving processes.
*Audited, examined, and analysed accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
*Overall responsibility of Co-ordination with External Auditors for statutory audit as well as liaison with Internal Auditor regarding to the improvement in internal controls.
*Preparing quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements and timely closing of books, SAP r/3 being the resource management tool.
*Develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs in SAP.
*Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
*Advise management about issues such as resource utilization and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
*Manage daily financial functions including accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger.
*Assist in preparation of financial reports including trial balance, month end closing, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flows and yearly forecast and budget using SAP.
*Delegate work and train staff to have full exposure on work in order to prepare them to take more responsibilities.
