• Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.

• Ensure products are correctly merchandised on Company owned stands according to planogram in multiple and convenience store accounts.

• Communicate regularly to the Field Sales Manager - Ireland providing timely updates and highlighting opportunities.
• Return van sales dockets and report sheets to head office on a daily basis.
• Receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Check inventory records for accuracy
• Warehouse maintenance.
• Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
• Exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
• Issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
• Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
• Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
