• Project manage throughout the client solution implementation (Customer Experience) journeys with attention to details, organize information, vigilant follow up, and steady communication.
• Full implementation of the project with a focus on the Medallia and Sprinklr platforms from the project planning through the distribution of tasks to the team until the actual launch of the systems for all stages.

I work as an IT engineer with Alshalawi Holding Company in A project with Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, I am responsible for the Intelligent Transportation system and all its associated operational programs and communicate with vendors and Suppliers .
• Also I am responsible of Traffic systems & Server Configuration, Operations & Maintenance between Traffic End-systems and Server Communications, Traffic Enforcement Developments and Traffic study for Royal Commission’s Traffic Management Center at Jubail.
Traffic Reports: Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports for Traffic Study.
my Work also including :
• Designs, implement, and optimize servers and database system mainly Microsoft technologies.
• Supports computer users and Networks and troubleshoots daily issues.
• Full responsibility of company’s infrastructure assets .
• ensure that the IT infrastructure is sufficiently robust, scalable, and efficient to deliver the integrated services that supports the processes .

o Autoscope: Tera, DeoCameras installation and Alignments configurations for Traffic Controlling.
o Barco: Video wall server Transform-A with 16 Display video-wall projectors Maintenance and operations.
o Cisco systems: Router-7606, Switches3750-x For Network Operation.
o Centracs-Server: Maintenance and Update for Centralized Traffic server system in windows server 2008 and 2012 R2 servers.
o Daktronics’s: Variable Message sign (416x112 display) Server Configuration and Display Control operation & Maintenance.
o Econolite: Traffic Controller and cabinet installation with around 300 Autoscope-tera Traffic Controlling Cameras and Traffic Nima-2Cabinet connect to Interfaces. (Terra: Tip, Tap, Moxa switches, Ethernet to Fiber converter).
o Genetic-Security-Center: CCTV Server installation, operation & Maintenance for Traffic Surveillance Camera all over Jubail Industrial city.
o Pelco: CCTV NVR server systems for Building Security.
I am responsible of :
• Managing the IT Team by Follow up: 1- (servers, PC’S, POS, Scales, Printers …etc.),
2- Make sure the internal system of the company is updated.
3- Control the sever room and All Networks .
• Control all IT Hardware and Spares and keep checking on daily basis.
• Make full Hardware & Software Inventory every 1 year in coordinating with HO, and internal Inventory every 3 months.
• Make full Audit to all Hardware & Software every 3 months and Network Security every 4 months in coordinating with IT Country Manager.
• Make sure the internal system of the company is updated.
• Also I am responsible of maintain and Interact with the business stakeholders to understand data warehousing and BI requirements and work as DBA to Implement business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies .

• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements, using IT systems to keep track of people and progress.
• Keep following and executing of projects as assigned from Management and vendors, monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained .
• I am responsible of Setting the estimated budget for the IT Department .
