Carry out the company’s health and safety management policy and system
Carry out inspection, hazard identification and risk assessment for workplace.
Conduct the monthly HSE meeting and weekly tool box talk within the division.
Conduct the monthly Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) in the work place.
Conduct HSE training for new staff, periodic internal and external training for staff such as (fire fighting, evacuation, fire drill, civil defense).
Investigate incident and accident at working area analyze the findings and determine the immediate and root causes and release reports to management for actions.
Provide PPEs and all civil defense requirements.
Review HSE documents such as reports, inspection format, Permit to Work PTW ..etc
Design, Installation, testing & commissioning of Fire Alarm, fire fighting, fire pump set and gas suppression.

Position: Operation Superintendent
Job Description: (Reporting to Operations manager)
Supervise the operations and maintenance of depot and ensure that all company operational and maintenance procedures and policies are adhered to and implemented to achieve the company objectives of excellent customer services, operations integrity and cost effectiveness.
Position commitments:
Manage depot activities such as product deliveries, fleet dispatches, stock transfer process and maintenance works.
Manage and ensure that all carried activities and personnel observe Health, safety and environment (HSE) rules and guidelines.
Manage depot shutdowns and coordinate with all concern parties to insure smooth and successful shutdown work.
Develop strategies/ plans to ensure depot operation efficiency, optimize spending & maximize assets utilization through:-.
-Review and approve depots daily activities reports and monthly Product Volume Variation (PVV) performance as per company’s standard.
-Ensure proper management of inventories/products & investigate abnormal losses/variations by developing report of root causes & recommend actions.
Manage maintenance and engineering team and provide support to complete all project and activities according to international and company standards.
Develop annually depot OPEX and CPEX, plan and develop plans and strategies to manage & reduce spending on approved budget& manpower overtime.
Plan and create opportunities for personnel development and provide support by periodic review of performance and development plans.
