This role required me to be dynamic, inspirational, and enthusiastic in the office and field. And able to inspire and motivate facilitators to do a great job with enrollees.
At all times I was committed to ensuring the program reach its goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
1- Responsible for supervising Non-Formal Education centers from Financial, technical and administrative.
2- Work closer with the program manager on budget, target, reporting.
3- Provide training for the facilitators and taking care of children's educational and emotional/behavioral progress.
4- Submitting reports regularly for the project manager and regional director.
5- Support the monitoring and evaluation team, including monitoring, data collection, analysis, report writing
6- Taking care of maintenance and furnishing centers, hiring teachers and facilitators, evaluating their performance.
7- Make sure that is the working plan is on track.
8- Managing the organization's social networking sites and post the success stories regularly.
9- Working with partners to coordinate work, referrals, training, and deliver the best service to those enrollees.
10- Attending the relevant coordination meetings.
Duties and responsibilities:
1- Engineering supervision on the technicians on site.
2- Reading the engineering drawings for the site.
3- Extension of low-current lines.
4- Identify faults in the electrical system and perform basic maintenance for electrical problems.
5- Installing cameras

6- Preparing the graduation ceremony for the participants of the trainings.
7- Support the monitoring and evaluation team, including monitoring, data collection, analysis, report writing
8- Attending the relevant coordination meetings.
1- Doing external referrals to another NGOs & CBOs.
2- Creating child protection Committees and doing capacity building for them.
3- Conducting parent’s meetings.
4- Conducting awareness sessions about child protection and violence.
5- Technical advices for the training implementation regarding my experience and the official manual.
6- Trained the parents about child protection, Heart and life skills.
7- Support my colleagues in the psychosocial support sessions.
8- Establishing awareness campaigns.
1- Administration the Center and follow up on financial matters for the program with field coordinator.
2- Responsible for supporting the various child education and psychosocial support activities throughout
the Child Family Center.
3- Follow-up monitoring and evaluation department and work on the completion of all required paperwork
to the center.
4- Conducting awareness sessions about child protection and violence.
5- Creating surveys.
6- Supervise and support the volunteers throughout the programmer.
7- Support my colleagues in the psychosocial support sessions.
8- Preparing logistics stuff regarding to the work needs.
9- Establishing awareness campaigns.
10- Mobilization at the local community center and meeting with community protection committees.
