This program aims to facilitate and support all government agencies in Saudi Arabia to provide customers with top electronic services and transform them into customer-based service providers.
My role in this program is to manage projects; internal, external, and national-wide. I am working as a project
manager in the project Management Office (PMO) Dept.

Achievement Highlights
• Leading the PMO in Yesser (Sep. 2012 to Dec 2012)
• Led teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Focused teams on business
objectives and tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget and with the desired results.
• Managed a national project with multi-diversity team members and achieved the planned results.
• Saved a huge financial cost by moving a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Migration project from an external vendor to an employee who achieved exactly same expected results.
• Mitigated risk factors through careful analysis of financial and statistical data. Anticipated and managed
