Shift Incharge at AstroPack (Ismail Group of Industries Sep 2014- till date)
1) Did modification, erection and commissioning work with COLINES Italy team on main plant (Aug 2017 - Sep 2017).
2) Did erection and commissioning work with BOBST UK team on GENERAL Vacuum Metallizer (Dec 2016 - Jan2017).
3) Part of the electrical team, involved in the maintenance and instrumentation of Cast Polypropylene Plant, Slitting and GENERAL Vacuum Metallizer.
4) (Maintenance depart as an Electronics engineer).
Key responsibilities are as under
• Troubleshooting of communication fault from main plant PLC (S7 400).
• Fault rectification and maintenance of AC/DC motors (from ½ hp - 349 hp).
• Worked on AC Drives (SIMOREG, SIMOVERT).
• Troubleshooting on PLC based system( S7 200, 300, 400).
• Maintain and control Protection Circuits such as Switchgears, Contactors, Circuit Breakers, and Thermal Overload etc.
• Instrumentation and Calibration of WEST Temperature and Pressure controllers, Pressure Gauges (Pirani Gauge, Penning Gauge), Weighing Scales, Reed switches, Float switch, Proximity sensor, Pressure differential switch etc.
• Fault rectification of Circuit boards, Limit Switches, Heaters, Fire Alarm System, Compressors, & AHU’s.
• Worked on Pneumatic systems, Hydraulic pumps, proportional valves, solenoid valves.
• Worked on Star, Delta circuits and Star-Delta Starters and soft starters.
Worked with Mechanical personnel on Gears, Timing belts, Pumps, Heat Exchangers and Bearings.
• Maintain Logs and Preventive activity.
