As A Sr.Quantity Surveyor Main Duties Are

• Visit Site Every Day Monitoring Work Progress.
• Preparing Monthly Clint Payment.
• Discussing & Preparing Variations As Per Shop Drawing
• Preparing Cost Analysis for Variation Order Pricing.
• Physically Checking Subcontractor Work & Preparing Payment Certificates.
• Maintaining Logs For Clint Payments & Subcontractor Payments.
• Preparing Subcontractor Agreements.
• Follow up instruction and clear every Problem, as per instructions
• Prepare Monthly Progress Report.
• Preparation of estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.

Carry Out Quantitys, Estimating etc etc
