My job responsibilities include:
•Ensure Control accounts are in balance at all times.
•Generate invoices and credit notes as required/requested.
•Ensure Creditors Payment are allocate correctly.
•Distribute monthly statements.
•Reconcile the Creditor’ and parking ledgers monthly to ensure they are accurate and fully updated.
•Maintain and reconcile ledger.
• Reconcile supplier’s invoices to statement.
•Prepare Monthly Budgeted Creditors Reports.
•Making Payments to Creditors.
•Bank reconciliation for the banks of the company
Forvil Cosmetics (Bio Amla). Manufacturing company engaged in Cosmetic Products.
My job responsibilities include:
•Reporting (Vendor Balance Report, Go Down stock Reporting, Raw Material and Finish Good).
•Communicating with the credit insurer of the company and providing the details when any of the customers exceeds its credit days limit.
•Bank reconciliation for the banks of the company
•Monthly closing of the accounts Payable.
•Managing the Accounts Payable by ensuring suppliers’ payment on time, quarterly supplier reconciliation, regular review of aging report and timely monthly closing of accounts payable.
•Preparation, monitoring and controlling of budgets and taking necessary actions to control cost.
•Visiting mill site for periodic inventory evaluation and record checking
•Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial forecasts
•Monitoring cash flow through cash flow statement to track fund position at any given time.
